Initial Call
Contact us to start your bespoke event planning journey. We will set up a time for a call with you to establish a connection and ensure that we suit your requirements.

Proposal
We will create a bespoke event proposal for you. It will include details of our tailored services, an initial budget projection, and a summary of our understanding of your vision to ensure we are aligned.

Secure our services
To secure our services we ask for a deposit and signed agreement. We then spend time getting to know you to crack the code on creating your perfect celebration.

Event development
We develop your bespoke event proposal to feature a detailed design deck, showcase entertainment, curate your food & beverage experience, and much more. We will walk you through every element of your event as we secure trusted creative partners to bring it to life.

The Planning Portal
We make the process as simple as possible with our online management system. You can easily track your budget, approve quotes, view schedules, manage tasks / rsvps / seating plans, and communicate with us.

Event Delivery
Our ultimate goal is that you feel like a guest at your own celebration. Our meticulous process will enable you to relax and enjoy every moment; making memories to be cherished.

When should I book an event planner?
We suggest confirming our services as the first step in your event planning. From the start we will lay out the best path to meet your vision and budget rather than having to course correct later down the line.
What is your fee structure?
Our standard fees are between 10%-15% of your overall event budget (exclusions apply) based on the requirements of your celebration. A minimum fee does apply.
Do you offer partial/ on the day planning?
We focus on full event planning as this allows us to really get to know our clients and their vision for their celebration. In overseeing every element of the plans we can ensure the success of our events and that our clients receive the full Westacott experience.
Where do you work in the UK?
We are based just outside of London in the South East of England but we work throughout the UK delivering our events wherever our clients take us!
Do you work abroad?
We absolutely love travelling to new destinations, being inspired by all locations, and delivering events for our clients internationally. Our detailed planning processes work anywhere in the world.
Do you work with international clients?
A large number of our clients are international, with a big percentage of them coming from the US. As such, we are very used to accommodating time differences and all the logistics involved in working with clients overseas.
Do you have experience with multi-cultural and multi-faith celebrations?
Yes, we have worked with clients from a multitude of different countries, faiths, and cultures. We also have experience with inter-faith and non-religious celebrations.
What type of events do you plan?
We plan a large array of events. From small gatherings to large scale parties. Our events can be multi-day celebrations or intimate dinners. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday party, baby shower … you name it! We are here for all of life’s key moments.
Do you have a minimum lead time?
On average we tend to work with our clients for 9 months - 1 year. However, we have worked with longer lead times, and much shorter! We have planned weddings for over 100 people in just 6 weeks.
